How are orders shipped?
Super Sassy ships all products via USPS. We ship orders Monday through Friday from our warehouse in California. Most packages ship 1 business day after you order.
We ship The Book of Pop Out Earrings via Media Mail, a USPS service specifically designed for books. Delivery is typically expected within 3 to 10 business days but may be slower because of Coronavirus and Holiday disruptions.
You can upgrade to priority shipping which typically arrives in 3 to 4 days from your order date and is less impacted by disruptions. If your order is time sensitive, please choose USPS Priority Shipping.
Earring Club is shipped by USPS First Class Mail.
When will I receive my shipment?
Our standard shipping utilizes USPS Media Mail, which typically arrives in 1 to 2 weeks. But USPS does not guarantee a delivery date, and some customers are experiencing delays because of Coronavirus and holiday shipping volumes. Our policy is that we will send a replacement product if your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the ship date.
If you need your earrings by a certain date, we recommend checking out with Priority Mail.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Super Sassy ships The Book of Pop Out Earrings internationally to any non-sanctioned country via UPS and USPS.
Earring Club is only available to US-based customers.
I don't see the international shipping when I check out. Help!
You are probably trying to check out with a product that includes an Earring Club membership. Check out with "Just the book" in your cart and you should see international shipping options.
I entered my address wrong. Can you fix it?
We will make every effort to fix incorrect addresses. Please send your correct address and order number to email@example.com as soon as you discover the mistake.
Please understand that we cannot replace or refund your order if it has already left our warehouse.
The good news is that minor typos in your address are often solved by the postal worker that delivers your mail. More significant mistakes, like sending the package to your old apartment, will typically result in a gift to a stranger.
It's been a long time. Where is my book?
First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email or text. Maybe it's coming tomorrow!
Second, get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org. Sometimes packages get lost and we're here to help.
My order arrived damaged. Can you help?
Yes. Please reach out to email@example.com with photos of the damage and we will take care of you.
What is your return policy?
Super Sassy offers an unconditional guarantee: if you don't love your product for any reason, we want to know and we want to make it right.
You may initiate a return of your product within 30 days of its delivery date. We will refund your entire purchase price including shipping & handling, minus the cost of return shipping, when your return is received and processed.
Reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return. We'll send you a USPS return label that you may affix to your original packaging.
Alternatively, you may simply return your product to our warehouse. Please ensure your order number is included in the package so we can process your refund.

About the Product
I have sensitive ears. Will your hardware work for me?
Most likely yes! Our hardware is well tolerated by people with sensitive ears.
Most people with sensitive ears are allergic to nickel. Our hooks are nickel-free and thus do not cause irritation to people with a nickel sensitivity.
All Super Sassy hardware is made of plated brass and conform to the strictest international safety standards for children's jewelry. Every batch is tested for nickel release, lead and heavy metals like cadmium.
We do not advertise our product as "hypoallergenic" because a very small percentage of people with metal sensitivities are actually allergic to another metal entirely, like copper, which is present in our brass alloy.
What happened to the clip ons?
We are super bummed that we had to remove clip ons from this edition of the book. We've had challenges with our supplier and were forced to choose between offering the book at all or the book without clip ons. We will be adding clip ons to the store as soon as possible and reincorporating them into new book products in the future. Thanks for your understanding. We're doing our best.
I ordered this as a gift. Can I include a gift note or gift receipt?
It's an awesome gift. We're just getting started and haven't worked out gift cards or gift receipts yet. But we're always here to make sure your subscription is activated when you want it and for the person you want it to go to. So please reach out when you need any support in managing your gift subscriptions!
Do you use recycled paper?
All of our paper and packaging is FSC-certfied, which is made from a blend of recycled and sustainably managed forests. This is the gold-standard for environmentally friendly paper products.
Are the earrings printed on both sides?
I lost an earring. Can I order a replacement?
We do not currently replace individual earrings.
Can I buy multiple memberships?
Yes! By default, all of your memberships will be sent to the same shipping address you provided us.
If you'd like your memberships to be sent to multiple addresses, please reach out to email@example.com.
How will I know that my Earring Club was shipped?
We'll send a mass email when we ship the month's Earring Club. We ship during the last week of the month.
Do I get a tracking number?
Nope! Earring Club uses USPS First Class mail, which doesn't include tracking. Earring Club will arrive in your mailbox, not your doorstep, because it's technically a very big letter!
How does billing work?
You paid for your first month during sign up and checkout. You will be billed again on the 21st of the month for the next month's collection.
How do I cancel my membership?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll cancel your membership right away.
How do I change my address?
Send an email to email@example.com and we'll fix that for you!
What can I expect in terms of communication?
We'll send all the normal emails letting you know when your card is charged and when your collections ship.
But we want Earring Club to be more than just earrings in your mailbox!
